 By Public Transportation

- Takes approximately 10 minutes at Intercity Bus Terminal, Jinju Station and Express Bus Terminal
- Get off at Culture & Arts Center from the bus 121

 By Car

- Jinju IC > Turn left at Gongdan Sageori (intersaction) > Direction to Jinju City Hall > Turn right after Jinyang Bridge > Main gate of Culture & Arts Center on the left
- West Jinju IC > Direction to Ojuk Square > Turn right before traffic signal at Victoria Night > Go straight to the direction of Cheonsu Bridge
- Turn left after Cheonsu Bridge > Go straight after beneath Jinju Bridge > Main gate of Culture & Arts Center on the right

- Parking fee is exempted for the first 3 hours for concert and the first 2 hours for exhibition.
- Additional fee applies after 3 hours (500 won for the first 30 mins/ 200 won in excess of 10 mins/ 10,000 for daily fee).
- Operating hour is from 09:00 to 22:00.
- It is free if leaving the parking lot in 10 mins after the ticket is issued, and daily fee will be applied if the parking ticket is lost.
